Lead all operational processes in the country: installation, maintenance, SLA execution, logistics, and inventory.

Guarantee station performance and uptime across the entire country.

Manage operational KPIs:

  • installation speed & time-to-first-rent

  • Ensure Company branding, service quality, and technical standards are met across all locations.

  1. Financial ownership & P&L management

Full responsibility for the country's P&L and financial discipline.

B2B Marketing Manager | AdTech Ecommerce Google Shopping | €70-90K | Hybrid in Amsterdam

Job Spec & Hiring Guide - B2B Marketing Manager

Location Amsterdam / Hybrid

Reports to CMO

Employment Full-time

Salary range €70-90K

About the company

We are a European e-commerce scale-up active in 21 markets, serving 25,000+ marketplaces, resellers, and brands. We run managed Shopping campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and our own comparison shopping platform on a pay-per-sale basis, operate that platform for 2M+ monthly shoppers, and offer a Premium CSS subscription that gives stronger bidding power in Google Shopping. With a team of 40+ across tech, operations, marketing, and sales, we are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to own the pipeline our marketing produces.

Where comparison drives conversion.

Your role As B2B Marketing Manager, you own marketing-influenced pipeline across our 21 European markets. You report to the CMO.

You build and run our demand generation engine, spanning paid acquisition, outbound, inbound conversion, and lead nurturing, to turn interest into qualified pipeline at a viable cost. Together with our Content & Brand Marketing Manager, you'll also deliver pipeline from content, events, PR, and co-marketing with our affiliate, reseller, and agency networks. You set the B2B marketing direction together with our CMO, and then you deliver it.

You are commercially sharp enough to own the unit economics of acquisition, and hands-on enough that running the campaigns yourself is the job.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing-influenced pipeline: the qualified pipeline that marketing produces, across every lever available

  • Build, run, and optimize paid acquisition and outbound campaigns end to end

  • Own inbound conversion and lead nurturing: the landing pages, lead capture, and flows that move prospects from first touch to sales-ready

  • Run co-marketing campaigns with our affiliate, reseller, and agency networks

  • Work together with our Content & Brand Marketing Manager to turn content, events, PR, and brand opportunities into pipeline

  • Own the marketing measurement: cost per lead, lead-to-deal, and LTV:CAC, with attribution through the CRM Align closely with Sales so leads are followed up and marketing and sales work from the same numbers

  • Coordinate freelancers and agency partners where needed

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B marketing, with hands-on execution of demand generation campaigns and a track record of producing pipeline.

  • Relevant experience matters more than the title you held

  • Breadth across the B2B marketing mix: you see co-marketing, PR, and brand opportunities as pipeline levers, not distractions

  • Experience in or adjacent to e-commerce, performance marketing, adtech, or marketplace/platform

  • B2B Commercial fluency: you think in cost per lead, lead-to-deal, and LTV:CAC

  • A hands-on operator who builds and runs campaigns themselves.

  • This role is built around doing, not managing Analytics and CRM fluency, with a platform such as HubSpot Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

Nice to have

  • Experience building demand generation or a paid acquisition channel from zero, ideally across multiple European markets

  • Experience marketing into or through a channel or partner-driven sales model, such as affiliate, reseller, or agency networks

  • Background in affiliate marketing, comparison shopping, or CSS-adjacent businesses

  • Familiarity with the Google Shopping, paid search, or CSS ecosystem; GA4; HubSpot reporting

Benefits

  • Own the pipeline number for a fast-growing European e-commerce company, with real impact on commercial growth

  • Report directly to the CMO and work closely with commercial teams across the business

  • Work with great colleagues in a collaborative, supportive environment

  • An office in the heart of Amsterdam with a flexible hybrid working policy Room to grow as the marketing function and team scale

  • Company laptop and full travel cost reimbursement 25 days of annual leave

  • Work from anywhere up to 15 days per year Competitive salary

  • ClassPass membership

  • Healthy snacks in the office

Interested? Send your application or reach out directly via info@vondel.co

Hiring guide

What this person does

  • Owns the company's marketing-influenced pipeline.

  • Builds and runs the demand generation engine: paid acquisition, outbound, inbound conversion, lead nurturing, and the attribution that ties spend to pipeline.

  • Works the full mix that drives demand: co-marketing with affiliate, reseller, and agency networks, PR, and brand opportunities.

  • Sets the B2B marketing direction and budget priorities together with the CMO, then delivers it.

  • Builds the tracking and attribution in HubSpot that connect marketing spend to the pipeline it produces.

  • Reports performance to the CMO.

  • Reports to the CMO.

  • Works alongside the Content & Brand Marketing Manager, a peer who also reports to the CMO and owns content strategy, brand expression, sales enablement, and event activation.

  • The division of labour: the Content & Brand Marketing Manager creates the demand assets; this role works with her to turn them, and everything else in the mix, into qualified pipeline.

  • Works cross-functionally with Sales and Partnerships across 21 markets.

  • The two roles succeed or fail on the same funnel.

The ideal candidate

  • The sweet spot is a hands-on B2B marketer with deep demand generation execution who feels responsible for the pipeline number, not for a channel.

  • Someone around the 4-6 year mark who has run acquisition campaigns end to end: launched the campaigns themselves, built the landing pages and nurture flows, and connected spend to pipeline.

  • But also someone who has reached for whatever produced demand: a partner co-marketing push, a PR result, turning an event presence into follow-up pipeline.

  • They may have owned a channel or a campaign portfolio, but they have not necessarily set company-level strategy, and they don't need to have here; they set the direction together with the CMO and deliver it.

  • What they need is the instinct to spot what to test next, across the whole mix, and the discipline to prove or kill it with numbers.

  • They come from e-commerce, performance marketing, adtech, or a related B2B environment.

  • They know HubSpot.

  • They are fluent in cost per lead, lead-to-deal, and LTV:CAC. They are energised by execution, iteration, and building.

  • They are unlikely to come from inside the affiliate or CSS ecosystem specifically, since the talent pool is too narrow.

  • More likely from adjacent B2B: e-commerce SaaS, marketplace platforms, adtech, or partner-driven businesses where they understand selling through intermediaries.

  • Be wary of two profiles: candidates drifting toward pure strategy or team management, and pure demand gen specialists who define the job as ads, landing pages, and lead gates and treat co-marketing, PR, and brand work as beneath the funnel. Both fail the mandate; the number is pipeline, however marketing produces it.

Compensation and positioning Salary band: €70,000 to €90,000 gross annual. Fully loaded around €90,000 to €115,000 (8% holiday allowance, roughly 25% employer social contributions, pension). This sits squarely in the Amsterdam marketing manager market, around the Marketing Lead average at the top of the band.

Head of Marketing | Adtech, Ecommerce, CSS | Amsterdam

Head of Marketing | Adtech

Job Spec

Job title: Head of Marketing Location: Amsterdam / Hybrid Reports to: CMO Employment: Full-time Salary range: €90-115K

About the Company

The Company is a European e-commerce scale-up active in 21 markets, serving 25,000+ marketplaces, resellers, and brands. It runs managed Shopping campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and its own comparison shopping platform on a pay-per-sale basis, operates that platform for 2M+ monthly shoppers, and offers a Premium CSS subscription that gives stronger bidding power in Google Shopping. With a team of 40+ across tech, operations, marketing, and sales, the Company is looking for a Head of Marketing to own B2B demand generation and help lead its marketing function.

Your Role

As Head of Marketing, you own B2B demand generation for the Company: the paid, outbound, and growth engine that turns interest into qualified pipeline across 21 European markets. You report to the CMO.

You own demand generation end to end, from strategy through to the pipeline it produces. You decide where budget goes, which channels to back, and how marketing converts into pipeline, and you own the measurement that proves it.

The Content & Brand Marketing Manager reports to you, one of the main levers you have to hit those targets. You are commercially sharp enough to own the economics of acquisition and hands-on enough to run the campaigns yourself while the function is small.

Responsibilities

  • Own B2B brand marketing strategy across the full funnel, from proposition through to conversion

  • Own demand generation strategy: decide which channels and campaigns produce qualified pipeline at a viable cost, and allocate budget accordingly

  • Own brand strategy, communications, and PR to build the awareness that feeds the funnel

  • Own content, distribution, and events that generate pipeline

  • Partner with affiliate, reseller, and agency networks on co-marketing opportunities

  • Own the marketing number and measurement: cost per lead, lead-to-deal, and LTV:CAC, with attribution through the CRM and spend tracked against closed revenue

  • Lead a lean marketing team and manage freelancers and agency partners

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B marketing, with direct ownership of demand generation and a track record of producing pipeline. Relevant experience matters more than the title you held

  • Experience in or adjacent to e-commerce, performance marketing, ad tech, or marketplace/platform B2B

  • Commercial fluency: you think in cost per lead, lead-to-deal, and LTV:CAC, and can defend a budget with funnel maths

  • An entrepreneurial, hands-on operator who runs paid and outbound campaigns themselves. Team leadership is welcome, but the role is built around building and running, not managing

  • Analytics and CRM fluency, with a platform such as HubSpot; you own attribution and reporting rather than delegating them

  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience building demand generation or a paid acquisition channel from zero for a B2B company, ideally across multiple European markets

Benefits

  • Own the marketing engine for a fast-growing European e-commerce company, with real impact on commercial growth

  • Report directly to the CMO and work with commercial leadership across the business

  • Work with great colleagues in a collaborative, supportive environment

  • An office in the heart of Amsterdam with a flexible hybrid working policy

  • Room to grow as the marketing function and team scale

  • Company laptop and full travel cost reimbursement

  • 25 days of annual leave

  • Work from anywhere up to 15 days per year

  • Competitive salary

  • ClassPass membership

  • Healthy snacks in the office

We're hiring an HR Manager, TA Lead and Office Manager, all in one, to own the people function end-to-end — HR, recruitment, employer brand, and office management — inside the CFO branch. No one micromanaging the function. You set the priorities, run the processes, and deliver.

Office management currently sits without a dedicated owner. In the near term you carry it. As the company scales toward target structure, a dedicated Office Manager is planned — until then, this is part of the job.

Role

What You'll Own

Talent Acquisition

  • Full-cycle recruitment: scoping, sourcing, process, offer, onboarding

  • Proactive outbound via LinkedIn; external agencies for hard-to-fill or specialist roles

  • Manage agency relationships: briefing, quality control, fee structure, performance

  • Manage EOR provider relationships for employees engaged outside the Netherlands

  • Target: time-to-hire under 45 days — track it and manage to it

Employer Brand

  • Own the company's careers presence: LinkedIn, careers page, how they show up to candidates

  • Position the company as a destination for commercially-minded people who want real ownership in a scaling European tech business

  • Define and maintain a high-quality, consistent candidate experience from first contact to offer

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Full employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, changes, offboarding — compliant and clean

  • Dutch employment law and GDPR/AVG for people data

  • Payroll inputs with Finance including cross-border and EOR complexity

  • HR casework: sound judgement, documented outcomes

HR Strategy

  • Advise the CFO and leadership on compensation, workforce planning, org design

  • Meaningful HR metrics: retention, headcount cost, time-to-hire, engagement

  • Build the business case for a second HR hire as the company scales toward a stable employee base

Office Management

  • Day-to-day running of the Amsterdam office: facilities, supplies, vendors, access

  • Onboarding logistics: workspace setup, equipment, tools for new joiners

  • Team events and offsites — logistically owned, not delegated

What We Expect

The stakeholder environment is senior, direct, and occasionally challenging. You hold your ground — on process, on compliance, on what is and isn't the right call — with confidence and without drama.

  • Autonomous by default: you decide what needs doing and do it

  • Backbone when it counts: HR exists to make the business better, not to rubber-stamp leadership

  • Lean mindset: external specialists for legal/tax complexity — not empire-building

  • Direct: no jargon, no preamble, difficult messages delivered professionally

  • Commercially aware: people decisions connect to the P&L

Your Profile

  • 5+ years HR with genuine ownership of both operations and recruitment

  • Solid, practical knowledge of Dutch employment law

  • Proven direct sourcing track record (LinkedIn Recruiter)

  • Experience managing external agency and EOR provider relationships

  • Composure and confidence in senior stakeholder environments

  • Strong Dutch and English — both required

  • Scale-up background preferred (20–100 employees)

  • Multi-country EU employment experience a strong plus

What's on Offer

  • Competitive base + performance bonus

  • Real ownership of a function that matters, with a clear path to building a small team

  • 25 days annual leave

  • ClassPass

  • Travel reimbursement

  • Company laptop

  • Hybrid: Amsterdam HQ with flexibility

Business Operations (BizOps) – Job Description | Adtech | Amsterdam

Role summary

We’re looking for a hands-on Business Operations (BizOps) Manager to design, improve, and scale how our company operates across all departments.

This role owns problems end-to-end—from diagnosing inefficiencies to implementing solutions and ensuring adoption.

You will work directly with leadership and teams to turn unclear, inconsistent workflows into simple, scalable systems.

What you’ll actually do

1. Diagnose operational gaps

  • Analyze how teams currently work (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, etc.)

  • Identify:

    • Bottlenecks

    • Redundant work

    • Lack of ownership

    • Missing processes

  • Turn ambiguity into clearly defined problems

2. Design and implement processes

  • Create practical, lightweight processes (not bureaucracy)

  • Build:

    • SOPs

    • Playbooks

    • Workflows

  • Ensure processes are:

    • Easy to follow

    • Actually used (not just documented)

3. Own execution (not just design)

  • Drive implementation across teams

  • Align stakeholders and push changes through

  • Remove friction during rollout

  • Ensure processes are adopted and followed

This is not a “strategy-only” role—execution is core.

4. Improve existing systems

  • Audit current tools and workflows

  • Optimize:

    • CRM / pipeline flows

    • Project management processes

    • Internal communication

  • Introduce automation where it reduces manual work

5. Define and track key metrics

  • Establish clear KPIs across teams

  • Build simple reporting (dashboards, weekly metrics)

  • Ensure leadership has visibility into performance

6. Enable cross-team alignment

  • Fix broken handoffs between teams

  • Clarify roles and responsibilities

  • Reduce miscommunication and duplication

7. Continuous improvement

  • Regularly review processes and refine them

  • Build feedback loops with teams

  • Ensure systems scale as the company grows

What we’re looking for

Must-have

  • Strong problem-solving ability (can break down messy situations)

  • Proven experience in operations, consulting, or similar roles

  • Ability to move from analysis → execution quickly

  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and functions

  • High ownership mindset (doesn’t wait for direction)

Critical traits (non-negotiable)

  • Hands-on: willing to do the work, not just advise

  • Pragmatic: avoids over-engineering

  • Influential: can drive change without formal authority

  • Structured thinker: brings clarity where there is none

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in startups or fast-growing companies

  • Familiarity with tools like:

    • Notion / Confluence

    • Jira / Asana

    • HubSpot / Salesforce

  • Experience with process frameworks (Lean, etc.)

What this role is NOT

  • Not a project manager tracking tasks

  • Not a pure strategist making slides

  • Not a “process police” creating bureaucracy
