Salary: €16/17 per hour

Reports to: Field Manager / Country Manager

Works closely with: Business Development Team

Number of hires: 2

Dear candidate,

This job description was personally crafted by our founder, who believes in honesty and connection across the whole team.

We are a start-up in its scaling phase — a power bank sharing company with more than 600 locations across two European countries. A customer can rent a power bank in a bar, restaurant, mall, airport, or venue and return it at any other station across the country.

We value speed, honesty, simplicity, and focus on results. We are only looking for ambitious people ready to take on ownership. We are customer oriented and our goal is to help millions of people with low battery stress across Europe.

We are expanding fast and need a reliable, hands-on individual to help us set up, check, and maintain our stations across cities. If you want a flexible job where you aren't stuck behind a desk, this is for you.

Role Mission

Keep the network running smoothly on the ground. You will handle simple station setups, basic technical checks, and chat briefly with our local venue partners to make sure everything looks great.

What you will do

  1. Setting Up Stations

  • Deliver and install power bank stations at local cafés, bars, and restaurants.

  • Make sure the station is placed in a great spot where customers can easily see it.

  • Test a quick rental on your phone to ensure the machine is online and working perfectly.

  • Take a quick photo of the setup to upload to our app.

  1. Quick Tech Checks & Maintenance

  • Visit existing venues on your weekly route to check on the stations.

  • Fix simple issues: check if a machine went offline, swap out a broken cable, or wipe the station.

  • Move or pick up stations if a venue changes its layout.

  1. Helping the Sales Team & Partners

  • Help our sales team by answering simple setup questions for new venue managers.

  • Show venue staff a quick 2-minute overview of how the machine works so they feel confident.

  1. Simple Tracking

  • Use our simple phone app to log when you complete a setup or fix a machine.

Who we are looking for

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driving license.

  • Car preference: we prefer if you have your own car, but we are happy to provide and pay for a rental car if you don't.

  • You are currently looking for a steady, flexible part-time job.

  • You are handy with tech and screwdrivers, and generally good at working with your hands.

  • You are friendly and have good communication skills.

  • Valid work permit in the current country or an EU/EEA citizen.

What we offer & Perks

  • Great Pay: €17 per hour.

  • 100% Covered Travel Expenses: we fully pay for your gas and all parking costs.

  • Car Provided if Needed: if you don't own a vehicle, we will happily arrange and pay for a rental car for your shifts.

  • Total Flexibility: easily fit your shifts around your university or other work you might have.

  • Full Training: we will teach you exactly how the stations work in your first week, no advanced tech experience required.

  • Real Growth Path: great entry-level operations experience. Top performers can easily transition into a full-time Field Manager or BDR role.

Please note that we welcome interest from candidates with varying levels of experience; many successful candidates do not meet every single requirement. Additionally, studies have shown that people from underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to a job unless they meet every single qualification. If you're excited about this role, please apply and allow our recruiters to assess your application.
