⤵️ Potential candidate? What you do & who are you? ⤵️

- Lead and develop the Iberian sales and account management team

- Own and manage your own pipeline, leading from the front

- Work closely CCO on growth strategies and scalable frameworks, and cross-functionally with others

- Represent XCEED at industry events and conferences as a senior face of the company

- 7+ years of business development and team management experience, ideally in ticketing, tech, music or events.

- A proven track record of closing high-value deals and scaling a commercial operation in a competitive market.

- A strong network in the Iberian nightlife and events industry, with deep knowledge of market trends and key players.

- Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).

They recently opened up their Amsterdam office, and we helped them hire an Enterprise AE, Head of Global Partnerships before and are now scaling up the team even more with a new AE and few SDRs!  Exciting times ahead 🚀

Senior Symfony Back-End Developer for a PE-backed healthtech scaleup in NL

Functieomschrijving senior Symfony back-end developer (in Dutch as we look for Dutch candidates)

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven senior Symfony back-end developer om ons team te versterken. Iemand die het nut van sporten in kan zien! In deze rol werk je samen aan een headless platform wat de backbone is van ons product, dat dagelijks door duizenden gebruikers wordt gebruikt. Dit platform is gebouwd in Symfony 6 in combinatie met API platform. Je draagt bij aan de uitbreiding, groei, beveiliging en internationalisering van ons platform.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van de backend-functionaliteiten van ons platform.

  • Bouwen en optimaliseren van API's die worden gebruikt door onze mobiele en webapplicaties.

  • Werken aan de schaalbaarheid en veiligheid om een naadloze ervaring te garanderen.

  • Samenwerken met een team van ontwikkelaars, product owners en UX/UI designers om nieuwe features te implementeren en bestaande features te verbeteren.

  • Problemen identificeren en oplossen die optreden tijdens het gebruik van het platform door onze gebruikers.

  • Bijdragen aan de technische roadmap en de architecturale beslissingen van het project.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met PHP en Symfony (ervaring met API platform is een plus).

  • Ervaring met het ontwikkelen van RESTful API's.

  • Goede kennis van MySQL databases.

  • Ervaring met GIT-versiebeheersystemen.

  • Bekendheid met Agile/Scrum werkomgevingen.

  • Basiskennis van front-end technologieën zoals HTML, CSS en JavaScript is een pre.

  • Ervaring met cloudoplossingen (bijv. AWS) en DevOps tools is een pluspunt.

  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken.

  • Uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden en een proactieve houding.

  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

  • We zoeken een profiel met een technische WO studie (engineering, computer science, etc). Bachelor is voldoende (Master is nice to have)

  • Super fit is geen vereiste, maar ligt niet wakker van een beetje sporten
