HotCandidates.co is the platform where the candidate is the boss. Put yourself out there as you are open to work, secretly browsing for new jobs, or actively applying. Create a profile using your linkedin, add in what you wanna do, how much you want to make, and record a video showing off yourself. Or position yourself as open to work annoymously, and wait for the right match with a hiring manager.
Candidates can post for free or pay to get extra views and options.
Companies/hiring managers have similar setups, browse for free, but pay to get further access.
