Not a typical sales role. We’re hiring a Senior Sales Executive for a boutique, high-performing Salesforce partner with experience in selling and upselling Salesforce consulting projects.

The context:

  • Amsterdam-based boutique Salesforce consulting partner

  • Summit Partner (highest tier)

  • Industry focus: Retail , Staffing and Health Care with leading clients in these industries

What you’ll actually do:

  • Own large annual quota (70% new business / 30% expansion)

  • Co-sell with Salesforce AEs (this is the growth engine)

  • Lead enterprise deal cycles: discovery → RFP → close

  • Build and activate your network across CIO / CRO / Digital leaders in NL

  • Shape and sell complex consulting engagements (not off-the-shelf SaaS)

What makes you a strong fit:

  • You combine hunter mentality with consultative depth

  • You’ve sold within the Salesforce ecosystem (or adjacent enterprise SaaS/IT consulting)

  • You know how to win RFPs and structure deals

  • You’ve worked with Salesforce directly (co-sell motion is key)

  • You already have a relevant enterprise network in the Netherlands

  • 6-8 years in enterprise B2B sales, minimum 3 years in Salesforce ecosystem

  • Fluent Dutch and English (mandatory)

Strong plus if you:

  • Come from a Salesforce partner / Big 4 / SI (Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, KPMG)

  • Can run demos, workshops, or discovery sessions yourself

  • Bring certifications or structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
