‡️ The role has several core responsibilities & things we look for in a candidate:
- Managing the sales team of 7 (40% of your focus)
- Doing sales, building partnerships, opening new international markets yourself (60%)
- Bring the company to the next phase (it’s profitable already)
- Type: people manager, strategic, hands-on commercial builder, growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit
- 5 yrs of sales AND min. 3 yrs of team management experience
- Fluent in Dutch & English
- Nice to have: Strategic (HR) industry experience, C-level sales experience
