We work in 2 ways:
1. Headhunting: via Vondel’s large network, super personal, discrete and no-cure no-pay for companies. We charge companies only 15% commission, or agree on a fixed fee, starting at €7.5K, no cure no pay, to be paid after the probation period is over (instead of the 20-25% + fees that normal recruiters or headhunters ask). We will be as hands-on as needed & efficient as possible during the process. Read more here.
2. Promotion & Job board: Posting and promoting jobs & candidates on Linkedin, Instagram, Vondel’s Job board, and of course in our Venture Community & Talent Pool.
We focus on startup & VC/PE roles in: business development, sales, venture development, expansion, growth marketing, legal, finance & investments, data & AI, and product & tech.
We offer people in our Vondel Headhunting Talent Pool special advisory on career growth, HR issues, negotiation, contractual/legal topics to support them on their journey. Also we organize (digital) events & co-working possibilities to further inspire, support and harness our community of top performers.
Candidates for senior roles must have a background in either the startup space/VC, investment banking/PE or consulting.
