1. Headhunting: via Vondel’s large network, super personal, discrete and no-cure no-pay for companies. We charge companies only 15% commission, or agree on a fixed fee, starting at €10K, no cure no pay, to be paid after the probation period is over (instead of the 25-30% that normal recruiters ask).
