We are looking for an experienced and strategic Financial Controller to lead our finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and business administration. As the Financial Controller / Head of Finance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations and reporting requirements, managing financial risk, and overseeing the company's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
● Manage financial risk by analyzing and forecasting financial performance, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and developing mitigation strategies.
● Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
● Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports for senior management and external parties.
● Manage the company's cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures.
● Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential investors, banks, lenders, and auditors.
● Manage the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
● Master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
● CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification is a plus.
● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Experience in managing a team and working collaboratively with other departments.
● Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling software.
